We are seeking a Western US Regional Sales Director who is a proven sales leader with a relentless drive for success to join our SkyBitz- Petro Logistics Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be able to promote our vision, as well as collaborate with their teammates to generate extraordinary growth. This individual will be a fierce advocate for our clients and our brand. In addition, the person will provide customized solutions to clients and ensure a positive customer experience during the sales cycle in order to drive repeat business and continued customer loyalty. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic outside sales activity. This includes prospecting for new accounts in a defined vertical, developing consultative relationships with clients, and managing ongoing account and territory activity. o Meet and exceed all revenue goals and sales targets o Develop leads and prospects within a defined vertical, securing new business through a combination of outbound telephone calls, online communications and in-person visits o Effectively present and demonstrate our full suite of products and services to new prospects and existing clients o Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business o Build relationships with enterprise customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills o Manage a travel expense budget effectively o Communicate effectively with management regarding business opportunity progress o Achieve an annual sales quota and provide reasonably accurate sales forecasts to management Position Requirements:
o 5
years consultative sales experience in Transportation or Software Industry o Petroleum Industry knowledge preferred. o Work location is negotiable based upon the individual and proximity to customers o Has working knowledge of M2M market and telemetry o Familiar with Cloud based software-as-a-service (SaaS) as well as server based business models and how to sell solutions, not hardware. o Has working experience with CRM systems such as salesforce.com. o Experienced with conducting sales webinars to perspective customers o A passion for sales and experience providing customized solutions to clients o Proven success in developing new business while managing and growing existing client sales o Competitive, self-motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills o Proven relationship management and communication skills o Proven negotiation and presentation skills. o Understands and has sold solutions based upon an achievable ROI model o Bachelor's degree o Valid driver's license with good driving record o Must be willing to travel o Solid Microsoft Office skills
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
