Responsibilities:
Manage emails and report information to the project manager and office manager Answer phone calls and assist customers with general project inquiries Schedule on site estimate visits for the company CEO Coordinate meetings with clients and vendors Organize and create job files (includes detailed excel spreadsheets) Manage comprehensive lists for pending items Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects Prepare pre-liens for new projects Enter vendor invoices into Quickbooks for payment and reconciliation Reconcile vendor accounts at end of month for payment by office manager Skills and
Experience:
Multi-task and thrive in a busy environment Effectively problem solve in a team or individual environment Task Oriented Strong knowledge of MS Office, including word, excel and outlook A minimum of one year experience with Quickbooks Basic knowledge of Google calendar, docs, sheets and drive General accounting knowledge Maintain high levels of customer service at all times Excellent communication skills -oral/written/verbal Fast Learner and Software Intuitive Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and highly organized Experience in construction a plus Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
