The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to develop creative lesson plans that engage and educate.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and have a deep understanding of early childhood development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.
Monitor the development of children in their care.
Provide guidance to children in their social interactions with other children and adults.
Assist in developing appropriate behavior management strategies for the classroom.
Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Be willing to change diapers and help with potty training.
