The RoleThe Rippleworks Projects team is responsible for partnering with social impact ventures through short-term, high-impact projects to solve top operational challenges.
The Venture Manager will play a critical role on the team by shaping the portfolio of social ventures we work with and managing the ongoing relationships.
You will help build a balanced pipeline of social ventures and collaborate with the venture and Rippleworks teams to set up projects for success.

RequirementsSpecifically, you will:
Work with social ventures to determine mutual fit for Rippleworks support Support our pipeline of opportunities to ensure high quality lead generation, venture and investor outreach, and monitor channel activity and pipeline health Identify projects in a venture-friendly process Work to develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to source high impact social ventures.
Work collaboratively with Rippleworks teammates to set up projects for success Monitor our portfolio and project performance to improve what we do Drive continuous learning by gathering customer feedback, identifying areas of improvement, and driving implementation Stay informed of trends across social impact sector and bring insights to inform and improve our workAbout You Business Insight:

Qualifications 6
years business experience in an entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating deep operational experience at a fast-growth startup Strong track record of building and maintaining authentic relationships with key stakeholders Strong organizational skills, including demonstrated ability monitoring a portfolio Track record of executing and delivering results Demonstrated ability to understand and evaluate organizations for specific criteria, such as social impact, business model viability, stage of growth, strength of team Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience interacting with executives Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to conduct business in French Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
