Job Description:
I am looking for an Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a drive to learn new skills.
This position will be responsible for providing support to the chief of staff and other senior staff members.
Duties include making orders, assisting with administrative tasks, providing general administrative support, managing deliveries, and managing what needs to be done to keep the office running.
This position will report directly to the chief of staff.

Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
College experience preferred in a related field or related work experience.
Terms:
This position starts as a part-time contract three days a week and potentially turns to employment.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
Maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assisting with packing and unpacking boxes.
Organizing and transporting boxes and items to designated locations.
Assisting employees with various tasks or errands.
Helping to set up and clean meeting rooms.
Monitoring external cleaning crew and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.
Coordinating with external vendors for repairs or maintenance services.
Conducting regular inspections to identify any safety or maintenance issues.
Handling miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the management.
Providing support during special projects or events.
