Express Lube Service Writer - Greeter

4 Redwood City, CA Redwood City, CA $22 - $30 an hour $22 - $30 an hour We are looking for an energetic and professional express lube writer/greeter to join our team.
You will greet our customers in the service drive and help to provide the best quick lube experience possible.
You will be responsible for inspecting the customer's vehicle upon arrival and writing the repair order.
Your job is to make sure the vehicle gets in and out in a timely manner and upsell the customer on any repairs that are needed beyond the express lube.
Compensation:
$22 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with automotive service operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service in a high-volume environment.
You should also be available to work within our opening hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications:
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction A clean driving record is a must A friendly and professional attitude at all times The ability to upsell customers on needed maintenance items is a must Ability to multi-task with a high volume of customers is a must Previous automotive service experience is a big plus About Company We have been a locally owned and operated dealership for over 30 years.
