As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously Assist with reservations and room assignments Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Process payments and maintain accurate records Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
