Sales Administrator

Answer incoming calls from Que system call center.
Reviews, prepares, processes, reconciles, and tracks quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and contracts for accessories, consumables, and reagents for accuracy and compliance.
Effectively address and respond to all customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain open orders report and manage district voice and email queues.
Works with designated Sales Rep(s) to facilitate communication between other departments and customers.
Document sales order errors and prepare documentation for credit/rebills.
Requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through successful completion of an Associate Arts (A.
A) degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of customer service, order management and/or sales administration experience.
Experience with Saleforce.
com, Oracle 11i a plus and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
Verbal and written communication skills to articulate clearly and effectively with external and internal customers.
Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
Set priorities and multi-task to meet deadlines.
Willingness to remain flexible to accommodate fluctuations in workload.
Ability to read and interpret general business documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, customer contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and procedure manuals.
Basic product line knowledge of both instruments and consumables.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
