Position: Business Development Manager/ Sr. BDM (USA-Onsite/Offshore)
Experience : 6-10 Years
Annual Sales Target : USD 1 Million
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer majorly operating from India.
Skills/Qualifications:
We need IT Sales professionals with excellent Presentation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning having high energy Level & Motivation to work independently from US office coordinating with Sales and development teams at India office and other US and Australian office. We will give preference to US citizens.
Job Description:
Candidate will be required to do software sales in healthcare, business automation, web applications, mobile applications, internet marketing domains using the service practices- microsoft, open source and mobility. Target audience will primarily be small to medium size companies. Will be required to understand the prospects business needs and form compelling business cases to convert them to Customers. Will be required to sell services, maintain relationship and get continuous business by proper client management. He will be required to maintain relationships with clients, by providing support, information, guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Candidate will be required to identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
A native Sales expert with a strong Rolodex of IT and hands on experience working in a similar or bigger sized operation will be preferred. Good performance may lead to start a new office at another location in US.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
