Role: Manager - Business Development Experience: - 7-10 Years
Full time Placement.
Base salary+Commissions (70K base+commission depending on performance)

Nature of Job:
Selling Technology services related to IT Services and Solutions in BFSI, Telecom and Retail Vertical
Knowledge of development services for vertical markets: Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Gaming is a Plus
Desired Skills:
Well established contacts in the targeted markets to open doors and identify opportunities
Build / Enhance Customer Relationships. - Partnerships / Alliances making
Ability to generate new business opportunities independently with minimal lead generation/presales
Knowledge of a broad range of progressive companies and newest technologies utilized Meeting Sales Goals:
Market Research uncovering in-roads to markets segments and securing introductory meetings with key management (CIO, CTO and VP Engineering)
Good Knowledge of handling IT Services for Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Gaming Verifiable Track Record of Minimum of 7 to 10 years of Sales experience inIT Industry (Services) and outsourcing solutions Sales Planning:
Independent, Resourceful and Good Communication Skills
Proactive pre-planning 30-60-90 days and Salesforce.com utilization
Client Facing Capabilities and understanding the customer needs- And the sales process from suspect to closure and account management
Ability to travel at short notice. Job Description:
Manage all sales activities associated with identifying, contacting, qualifying and closing new prospects for our services
Build and expand accounts by maintaining rapport with key executives.
Studying account needs, coordinating account services, developing account plans and preferred vendor relationships.
Perform Market Research, launch email and telephone campaigns to drive lead generation.
Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
Establishes revenue and sales objectives by understanding customer base and offerings; forecasting sales environment; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services; studying costs; developing sales plans and account penetration objectives; evaluating accounts
Evaluates similar competition by analyzing marketplace information on competitors' current and new products, pricing structures, service, sales campaigns, discounts, etc.
Meets sales budget objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Controls sales presentations by evaluating potential customer goals and needs; preparing sales call and escalation guidelines; supporting and participating in sales calls and demonstrations; approving sales literature; organizing sales teams; approving proposals and requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs); making key sales presentations; participating in product expositions.
Meets planned Sales Goals.
25 % travel as needed for client visits locally and internationally.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
