Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities:
o Heavy coordination and scheduling phone screens, in-person interviews, travel arrangements, and various meetings related to the interview process.
o Assist with the recruiting and onboarding process, including tracking in the ATS system, background initiation, offer letters, communication with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interview Team and Candidates.
o Point of contact for candidate experience and onboarding. Communicates and follows up with all parties involved.
o Monitor and assist background check process and clearance.
o Brings innovative ideas for departmental improvement; Initiates, develops and oversees process change to improve and streamline tasks
o Other administrative support will include catering, event coordination, document creation, scanning documents, faxing, filing and answering staffing related calls.

Qualifications:
o 5+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting several key leaders in a fast-paced, high volume department, includes 3+ previous experience with extensive calendaring for multiple recruiters
o Extensive experience in complex Outlook scheduling for multiple individuals. Fully proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Excellent written and professional verbal communication skills. Able to create, proofread, and edit documents.
o Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demand. Ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.
o Work independently and exercise sound judgment
o Must have exceptional customer service skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers. Team player willing to assist wherever there is a need
o Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed and a quick learner with the ability to master new technology systems quickly

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
