We are currently seeking a superstar full-time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast paced environment and have the ability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations. Responsibilities of this position include answering a multi-line telephone system, greeting clients and visitors, conference room reservations and hospitality related duties. Candidates must have previous reception or customer service experience and have completed or working toward the completion of a BS/BA degree. The candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have a pleasant phone demeanor. This position also requires good judgment and initiative. Qualifications: Candidates must have previous reception experience or customer service experience in a corporate environment; possess excellent communication and customer service skills and must be computer proficient. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and must be available to work full-time, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., M-F. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
