Title: Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

Our client, a reputable global investment firm headquartered on the peninsula is seeking a Sr. Executive Compensation Consultant that can collaborate closely with global HR and management teams to design, deliver and establish executive compensation programs company-wide. This successful candidate will be responsible for participating and conducting salary surveys, market analysis and year end internal reviews.
The three main components of this position include: executive compensation total rewards design, research & analysis, and risk management. Successful candidate will possess:
- 5 years of executive compensation practices, consulting with top leaders in an organization.
- Experience with global, large organizations.
- Certified Compensation Professional, not required, but preferred
- Advanced proficiency with PeopleSoft HR and Workday experience a plus!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
