Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Work collaboratively with development team and lead architect to determine technical direction and approach to application design and implementation, including both brand products and supporting systems. Design, develop and modify software applications, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences. Create, manage and track project tasks, schedules, plans, cost estimates, resource plans, risk and issues logs and status reports. Tailor project management, development and support processes to meet the needs of individual projects. Communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions. Prepare and install application solutions by determining and designing specifications and standards. Analyze, debug and resolve defects in applications as needed and create tests to verify corrections have been effective. Consult with clients to ascertain functional requirements. Provide ongoing project plan and status reporting for use by project managers, clients and management. Manage progress and scope of project-related work. Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework based on C# .Net to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solutions. Use web services systems, APIs, XML language and MVC software with regard to applications development. Utilize team foundation servers and SVN for tag and branch creation and tag deployment.
EDUCATION AND
Experience: Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 6 months of experience as job offered, Software Development or related.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Experience with C#.Net software programming; Experience with Web Services software systems;Experience with Application Program Interfaces (API);Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML); Experience with Modelviewcontroller (MVC) software; Experience with Team Foundation Server collaboration platforms; Experience with subversion SVN for tag and branch creation and tag deployment
