When you join our team as a Customer Service Representative, you're bringing your entrepreneurial ability to a best-in-class organization, to deliver quality service to our clients. As a Representative within our agency, you will engage with clients who will look to your expertise and ability to think on your feet for solutions and advice on their policies.
Responsibilities:
-Communications with customers to provide new and existing insurance coverage information
-Handle incoming calls from marketing leads; identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customers needs
-Implement and maintain Agency and Company procedures
-Proper follow-up with customers on insurance quotes, endorsements, and payments
-Researching and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner
-Helping members manage their current insurance policies
Exceptional Candidates will possess:

-The ability to multi-task: work with member information on a computer and address their needs at the same time
-The confidence, job knowledge, and ability to utilize available resources to provide excellent member service, which will be a part of your performance rating
-A college degree, preferred
-1+ years of customer service experience
-Excellent written/verbal/computer skills
-Enjoy a fast-paced, challenging team environment
-Comfortable in a structured, goal oriented environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
