A quickly growing e-commerce site is looking for a Mid-Sr. Level Web & Marketing Analytics Manager with 5
years of experience with web and Google analytics.
This person will help take the brand's web and marketing analytics to the next level, identify new approaches, tools and processes to use data to make well informed business decisions. You will be a part of the eCommerce team, but will work closely with marketing partners, and indirectly supervise a team of two analysts in the Philippines as well as other resources and outside partners as needed.
You will lead the company transition from Google Analytics to Universal Analytics, ensuring complete tagging of the company's sites to ensure accuracy, and must have a thorough understanding of key web metrics (ex. load time, visitor pathing, latency, touchpoints, visitor demographics, etc.) and how those will translate to mobile, as that is a huge focus for the company in 2015. You will evaluate ways to track shoppers across their various devices, analyze how customers were acquired, and decide which tools to invest in (including TV and radio advertisements), and communicate to stakeholders.
You will evaluate whether the company should invest in a database solution for storing key data, and if so, contributing to the sourcing and/or design of the new system. You'll assist in evaluating potential new product categories based on keyword data analysis, find tools to assess product demand, and prices shoppers are willing to pay.
This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity, starting ASAP.
