They currently seek and experienced Litigation Secretary to support 3 attorneys in their Peninsula office. Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing rules is required. Experience with efiling and preparing TOA/TOC's is mandatory. The Secretary will perform a range of administrative support functions including travel arrangements, expense reporting, time entry, calendaring and scheduling depositions. The attorneys like to use their Secretary very substantively.
5+ years of big firm Secretarial experience is preferred.
Salary to 78K. Depends on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
