Minimum 2-years' maintenance and/or site service experience in commercial cGMP manufacturing.
Previous experience with HVAC, water systems, waste treatment, and nitrogen is desired.

Project Description:
This role is supporting the smooth day-to-day operations within the office, laboratory, and manufacturing areas.
Resolving facilities and site service issues.
This role reports to the Facilities Manager.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Support operation of facility and utility equipment, including HVAC, water systems, waste treatment, and nitrogen.
Respond to site work requests for equipment moves, office services breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Perform work in a safe and compliant manor.
This 6
month position starts ASAP.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
